Go to History, and tap Generate PDF Report to export a summary of your symptoms, triggers, and medication adherence to bring to your appointment.
Is my health data private?
Yes. Your symptom, medication, and sodium data is stored locally on your device and is not sold or shared. See Privacy for full details.
I found a bug. What should I include?
Email us with your device type, app version, and a short description of what happened. Screenshots help a lot.

Not Medical Advice
Steady is a personal wellness tracking tool only and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified physician before making decisions about your health, medications, or treatment plan.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Steady. Users under 18 should have a parent or guardian review these terms.
Your Data
All data you enter is stored locally on your device. We don't sell, share, or use your health data for anything beyond providing the app's functionality. You can delete your data anytime. If you uninstall or clear storage, locally stored data is permanently lost, so we recommend generating a physician report periodically for an external copy.
Third-Party Services
Steady uses Open-Meteo and the National Weather Service for weather and barometric pressure data, and USDA FoodData Central for food sodium data. Your use of these features is subject to those services' own terms. Steady isn't responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party data.
No Warranty on Data Accuracy
Steady makes no warranties about the completeness or accuracy of sodium data or health information. Always verify nutritional information with the manufacturer or restaurant for critical dietary decisions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steady and its developers aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including health outcomes, data loss, or reliance on information the app provides.
Changes to These Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.

What We Collect
Symptom ratings, attack logs, dietary information, medication records, and weather data you voluntarily enter, stored locally on your device. We don't currently maintain a copy on any server.
Where Your Data Is Stored
Entirely on your device. Not synced to the cloud or backed up externally at this time. Uninstalling or clearing storage means this data can't be recovered, so generate a physician report periodically if you want an external copy.
What We Don't Collect
Your name, email, or contact info; location beyond what's needed for weather (sent directly to weather APIs, not stored); device identifiers; usage analytics; advertising identifiers. No tracking cookies. No account required.
Weather & Food Search Data
Weather features share your device's GPS coordinates directly with Open-Meteo and the National Weather Service, not stored by Steady. Food search queries go to USDA FoodData Central and aren't logged or stored by Steady.
Physician Reports
PDF reports generate entirely on your device. No report data is transmitted to Steady or any third party.
HIPAA
Steady is a consumer wellness app and isn't a HIPAA-covered entity. We aren't legally obligated to comply with HIPAA, but we voluntarily follow its core principles: we don't sell your health data, we minimize collection, and you have full control over your information.
Your Rights
You can view all your data in the app, delete any individual day from History, or clear everything from Settings. Since there's no server-side copy, deleting or uninstalling removes your data completely and permanently.
Children's Privacy
Steady isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If a child has entered personal health information, please delete it within the app or uninstall it from their device.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the app evolves, including if we introduce features like optional cloud sync. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when material changes are made, and notify you within the app for anything affecting how your data is stored or shared.
