Steady is a personal wellness tracking tool only. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Information logged in the App is for your personal reference and to facilitate conversations with your healthcare provider. Always consult a qualified physician or medical professional before making any decisions about your health, medications, or treatment plan. Do not disregard or delay seeking medical advice based on anything you read or track in this App.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Steady. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 should have a parent or guardian review these terms.
All data you enter into Steady is stored on your device and automatically synced to secure cloud storage (Supabase) so you never lose it if you switch phones or clear your browser. Your data is associated with an anonymous account created silently on first launch. No email or password required. We do not sell, share, or use your health data for any purpose other than providing the App's functionality. You can delete all your data at any time from within the App.
Steady uses the following third-party services to provide functionality: (a) Open-Meteo (open-meteo.com) for weather and barometric pressure data; (b) National Weather Service (weather.gov) for weather descriptions; (c) USDA FoodData Central (nal.usda.gov) for food sodium data. Your use of these features is subject to those services' own terms and privacy policies. Steady is not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party data.
While we strive to provide accurate sodium data and health information, Steady makes no warranties about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of this information. Sodium values for restaurant and packaged foods may change. Always verify nutritional information with the manufacturer or restaurant for critical dietary decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steady and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to health outcomes, data loss, or reliance on information provided by the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the 'Last updated' date at the top of this document when changes are made.
